Vitamin A:

Vitamin C:

Vitamin E:
It strengthen epithelial muscles. It also good for skin during aging process. The main sources of Vitamin E are fish, almonds, hazelnuts, olive oils, sunflower, peanut butter, and green, and leafy vegetables.

Zinc:
It is said that deficiency in zinc leads to acne. Zinc is very essential mineral to control the production of androgenic hormones and sebum. It also helps in maintaining immune system which plays an important role to control acne. The main sources of zinc are dairy products, beans, lentils, yeast, nuts, seeds, potato, yogurt and wholegrain cereals.
